An adjustment kit is included with your Watch Mod box. This kit allows you to easily adjust your watch to your size by following the instructions provided in the package.
Production & Delivery Timeline
In total, the full process, from production to delivery takes approximately 7 to 15 business days (Monday to Friday).
🇺🇸 For the United States: Due to recent import regulations and longer customs processing times, US deliveries may take slightly longer. Please allow 15 to 20 business days in total for orders shipped to the US.
✅ Shipping is free worldwide, and all customs duties and import taxes are included in the price. You won’t have to pay anything upon delivery.
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your items are in original packaging or have never been used.

Yes, you have the option to customize your watch, including removing the Seiko inscription.Simply mention this request in the order instructions in your cart, and we’ll take care of it, it’s absolutely possible.
The assembly of your customized watch typically takes 2 to 4 business days, depending on demand. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7 to 10 business days.
You can expect to receive your ready-to-wear watch within approximately 12 to 15 business days.
🇺🇸 For the United States: Due to new import taxes and stricter customs inspections, packages may spend more time in transit or clearance. For this reason, we estimate a total production and delivery time of 15 to 20 business days for US orders.
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your watch if it does not meet your expectations. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days. However, fully customised watches cannot be returned, as they are made specifically for you.
