Refund policy

At Watch Mod, we are committed to providing high-quality timepieces and an exceptional customer experience. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review the return and refund policy below.

1. Returns for defective or damaged items

If your item is defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 3 days of receipt at contact@my-watch-mod.com.
We will arrange a return and either offer a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs, after inspection and approval.

2. Returns for exchange or dissatisfaction (non-defective items)

If you wish to return your item for reasons not related to defects or damage, you must:

Submit your return request within 14 days of receipt;
Return the item in unused, unworn, and resellable condition, with its original packaging and all accessories;
Cover the return shipping costs.

Once received and approved, we will process your refund within 10–14 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

Watches that have been customized (e.g., modified bezel, dial, or hands);
Products with personalized engravings or custom logos;
Watches purchased through our configurator or requested outside of our standard catalog;
Items returned without prior approval or missing original packaging and accessories;
Used or worn items.

4. Return conditions

All items must be returned:

In their original packaging;
In unused and unworn condition;
With all included accessories, tags, and documentation.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Promotional offer – "Buy 2, Get 1 Free"

Orders placed under our promotional offer "Buy 2, Get 1 Free" are subject to the following return conditions:

Only full bundle returns (i.e., all three watches: the two purchased and the gifted one) are eligible for refund;
Partial returns will not be accepted under any circumstance;
The gifted item must be returned in perfect, unused condition and in its original packaging;
If the gifted item is not returned or is returned in a condition that prevents resale, its full retail value (as listed on our website) will be deducted from the refund.

These conditions are enforced to maintain the fairness and integrity of our promotional offers.

6. Refund process

We will notify you by email once we have received and inspected your return.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 to 14 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.

If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us at contact@my-watch-mod.com.

7. European Union – 30-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the legal right to return your order within 30 days, without providing a reason.
However, this right does not apply to customized or made-to-order products.
Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unused, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
