Return and Refund Policy – Watch Mod

At Watch Mod, each timepiece is handcrafted to order with exceptional care and precision. Due to the custom nature of our watches, all sales are considered final. Please review the following return and refund policy carefully before submitting any request.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives with visible damage or a confirmed manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@my-watch-mod.com. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue and the packaging

  • A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide the most appropriate solution, which may include:

  • An adjustment or replacement of the affected component

  • A full replacement of the item

  • A complete refund, including original shipping

All claims are subject to review and product inspection. Requests made outside the 3-day window or without proper documentation will not be accepted.


2. Non-Defective Returns

We do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to product functionality, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Preference-related concerns

  • Sizing or fit issues

  • Customization or configuration choices

Because each watch is made to order, all sales are final and non-refundable unless a defect is confirmed by our team.


3. Custom and Personalized Items

All customized products, including those built using our configurator or modified based on customer notes, are final sale. This includes:

  • Custom case/strap configurations

  • Special finishes or engraved elements

  • Personalized logos or modifications

These items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances other than confirmed manufacturing defect.


4. Discretionary Resolutions

In certain cases, where the product is functional but does not fully meet expectations, we may — at our sole discretion — offer a partial resolution as a gesture of goodwill. This may include:

  • Partial refund

  • Store credit

  • Alternative non-return solutions

These options are offered case-by-case and are not guaranteed.


5. Return Conditions and Approval

All return shipments must be:

  • Pre-approved by our customer service team

  • Shipped in the original packaging, with all original accessories, tools, and tags

  • In unused, unworn, and unmodified condition

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.


6. Promotional Offers

For purchases made under a promotional offer (e.g., "Buy 2, Get 1 Free"):

  • Only full bundle returns are eligible for refund

  • Partial returns will not be accepted

  • If the free item is not returned or is not in acceptable condition, its full retail price will be deducted from your refund

This policy ensures fairness and prevents misuse of promotional incentives.


7. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved after inspection, your refund (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after confirmation, please contact us.


8. Return Request Procedure

  • Description of the issue

  • Supporting photos of the product and packaging

Returns sent without prior approval will be refused and returned to sender.
