At Watch Mod, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, which you can download and print, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund Process
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
